Before Election Day

Voters can submit absentee ballots at the Plato Building starting June 26.
Starting July 24, Ramsey County Library - Roseville and Ramsey County Library - Shoreview* will open for Ramsey County residents to cast ballots directly.

Voters may use whichever location is most convenient, regardless of the city in which they live.
 

Vote in person from June 26–July 23

Mondays through Fridays, 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
(Closed July 3 in observance of Independence Day)
